Neck pain is an illness that’s commonly associated with car accidents, sports-related injuries, or work-related injuries. However, at times, the condition seems to appear out of the blue. Ice compress
Get your ice bag out of your medicine cabinet and fill it with crushed ice. Apply the icepack to the affected areas for at least 15 minutes. If you don’t have an ice bag, a plastic bag covered with a light fabric pillow case will do. Continue reading
